This was a bonus vote incentive for VDSD. I’ve never been a fan of trying to draw my characters as super models. Same with her nose, I always thought her being normal and not someone that in a movie would always be in slow motion with a fan blowing behind her was more appealing.
Drawing pubes is difficult, either there is TOO much detail and it looks out of place or it is TOO simplified and looks out of place, the same goes for clouds.
Been binging this comic and I gotta say, your approach to the aesthetics of your characters is one of its biggest strengths, really cannot overstate how much it helps the comic acchieve this everyday comfy vibe.
